• Wednesday-only attendees will receive a distinct lanyard color to differentiate from three-day registrants.
• Name badges may only be picked up on Wednesday, August 26.

KYSHRM Chapter Members and National SHRM Members
Please update your profile with important KYSHRM Chapter/National SHRM Membership details. Prior to registering for the conference, login into your account to update your member record with your KYSHRM Chapter or your National SHRM membership details. This gives you access to the discounted member pricing and enables SHRM to track the number of its members attending the conference.

Follow these steps:

1. Login here.
2. In the Membership block, click the pencil icon in the upper right-hand corner.
3. If you have a KYSHRM chapter membership select the appropriate chapter from the "SHRM Chapter Name” dropdown field.
4. If you are a National SHRM member, please enter your membership expiration date into the "Natl. SHRM Chapter Membership Exp. Date" field.
5. Click the green “Save” button in the bottom right-hand corner.
6. Once you’ve completed these steps, return to the KYSHRM Conference registration page to register.
